Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.Preheat oven to 160°C .

2.Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

3.Break up chunks of Cadbury Dairy Milk (Fairtrade Certified) 200g chocolate.

4.Mix in vanilla essence and egg.

5.Stir in flour until combined. Add chunks of chocolate.

6.Place teaspoons of mixture on greased baking tray and bake in moderate over for 10-15 minutes.
