Method

1.Heat 60g butter in large frying pan, add brown sugar, water and apples. Cook, stirring occasionally, until apples are just tender. Stir in the cinnamon and ½ cup (125ml) of the cream.
2.Toast the bread and spread one side with the extra butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
3.Serve toast with apple mixture and remaining cream, if desired.
