Ingredients
Chunky watermelon salsa
- 300 gram peeled, seedless watermelon, chopped
- 1 smail white onion, finely chopped
- 10 pitted kalamata olives, quartered lengthwise
- 120 gram feta, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
- 1 fresh long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
Method
Chunky watermelon salsa
- 1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing to mix well. Serve.
