Chorizo and avocado wraps
  • 2 chorizo sausages, thickly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato chutney
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

Method

Chorizo and avocado wraps

    Heat a char-grill or frying pan to medium.

    Cook sausages 1 minute each side, until crisp and well marked; drain on paper towel.

    Warm tortillas according to packet directions.

    Divide chorizo, avocado, chutney, sour cream and lettuce among tortillas. Roll up and serve.
