Ingredients
Chorizo and avocado wraps
- 2 chorizo sausages, thickly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato chutney
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
Method
Chorizo and avocado wraps
- 1Heat a char-grill or frying pan to medium.
- 2Cook sausages 1 minute each side, until crisp and well marked; drain on paper towel.
- 3Warm tortillas according to packet directions.
- 4Divide chorizo, avocado, chutney, sour cream and lettuce among tortillas. Roll up and serve.
