Ingredients
Chocolate strawberries
- 100 gram good-quality chocolate
- 500 gram strawberries, washed, dried
- champagne, to serve
Method
Chocolate strawberries
- 1Place chocolate (dark, milk or white) in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water. Stir until melted.
- 2Line a tray with baking paper. Holding strawberries by stem, dip into chocolate. Allow excess to drain off and place on tray. Chill until set. Serve with champagne.
