Ingredients
Chocolate rocky road ice-cream
- 1 litre (4 cups) chocolate ice-cream
- 100 gram rocky road, chopped finely
- 100 gram dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup (125ml) thickened (heavy) cream
- 50 gram rocky road, extra, chopped finely
Method
Chocolate rocky road ice-cream
- 1Place ice-cream in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds or until just softened, stir in rocky road. Freeze 10 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, stir chocolate and cream in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- 3Serve scoops of rocky road ice-cream drizzled with warm chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with extra rocky road to serve.
Notes
If you can't find rocky road confectionery, use a tub of chocolate rocky road ice-cream instead.
