Chocolate nutella mug puddings

Ingredients

Chocolate nutella mug puddings
  • 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (165g) nutella
  • 4 scoops chocolate ice-cream

Method

    Microwave on MEDIUM for 1½ minutes or until cooked but slightly gooey at the bottom. Serve immediately topped with ice-cream.

Notes

We used a 900-Watt microwave oven. If your microwave oven is a different wattage you may need to adjust the cooking time of the puddings. You could also serve the puddings topped with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
