Ingredients

Chocolate malt ice-cream
  • 165 gram packet of maltesers
  • 1 litre softened vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/4 cup (30g) malted milk powder

Method

Chocolate malt ice-cream

    Use a rolling pin to crush Maltesers coarsely. Mix Maltesers in large bowl with vanilla ice-cream and malted milk powder until combined. Return ice-cream mixture to original container, freeze until firm.
