Fudgy chocolate, hazelnut and peach pudding

Chocolate, hazelnuts and peaches combine in this sweet and sticky pudding, which might just become your new go-to. Enjoy as a decadent summer dessert, served with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 20cm x 30cm shallow ovenproof dish.
2.Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in the sugar.
3.Add the vanilla, then mix in the eggs in increments; beating well after each addition.
4.Sift over flour and cocoa powder, then mix until thoroughly combined.
5.Pour into dish, nestle in the peach and scatter with chocolate and nuts.
6.Bake for 30 minutes, until crusty on the outside but still fudgy in the centre. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.

Place hazelnuts in a bag and bash with a rolling pin to break them up.
