Method
1.Place chocolate, cream and Cointreau in a heatproof bowl. Stir over a saucepan of gently simmering water 4-5 minutes, until melted and smooth.
2.Meanwhile, toast waffles. Cut into heart shapes or fingers. Arrange waffles on a platter with fruit for dipping in fondue.
3.Pour chocolate mixture into warmed pot and serve straight away.
You can buy inexpensive fondue pots that use a tealight candle to keep the fondue warm.
