Ingredients
Chocolate brownie slice
- 20 centimetre (8-inch) square cake pan
- 125 gram (4 ounces) chopped butter
- 185 gram (6 ounces) chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup sifted plain (all-purpose) flour
- 155 gram (5 ounces) chopped white eating chocolate
- 90 gram (3 ounces) chopped milk eating chocolate
Method
Chocolate brownie slice
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease deep 20cm (8-inch) square cake pan, line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm (2 inches) over sides. Combine butter and chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate in medium saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and eggs, then sifted flour, white eating chocolate and milk eating chocolate.
- 2Spread mixture into pan. Bake about 35 minutes. Cool in pan.
Notes
Store slice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
