Milk, dark and white chocolate combine in this delectable brownie recipe

Ingredients

Chocolate brownie slice
  • 20 centimetre (8-inch) square cake pan
  • 125 gram (4 ounces) chopped butter
  • 185 gram (6 ounces) chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (110g) caster (superfine) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sifted plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 155 gram (5 ounces) chopped white eating chocolate
  • 90 gram (3 ounces) chopped milk eating chocolate

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease deep 20cm (8-inch) square cake pan, line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm (2 inches) over sides. Combine butter and chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate in medium saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and eggs, then sifted flour, white eating chocolate and milk eating chocolate.

    Spread mixture into pan. Bake about 35 minutes. Cool in pan.

Notes

Store slice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
