Choc-dipped strawberries
  • 3 250g punnets strawberries
  • 150 gram white chocolate, melted
  • 150 gram dark chocolate, melted


Choc-dipped strawberries

    Dip half the strawberries into white chocolate and remaining into dark chocolate. Place on a foil-lined Tray. Chill until set.

    Drizzle remaining white chocolate over dark strawberries. Repeat with dark chocolate drizzled over white. Chill until set.


To make a piping bag, spoon melted chocolate into a mini snap-lock bag. Snip off the corner and squeeze gently. For a variation, dip strawberries into sprinkles or crushed nuts after dipping into chocolate. Melt chocolate in the microwave on Medium (50%) power in a microwave-safe bowl, in 30 second bursts, stirring after each burst, or over a saucepan of gently simmering water.
