Method
1.Preheat the oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a baking tray. Cut each pastry sheet into 9 even squares.
2.Sprinkle each pastry square with a little cheese diagonally across the centre. Top 9 with chipolatas and 9 with frankfurts. Fold the opposite corners of the pastry over the meat, slightly overlapping, and press to seal.
3.Pierce the top of the pastry with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
MAKES 18 Brush ends of pastry with a little water or milk, if necessary, and press to seal.
