Ingredients

Method

1.Combine turkey in a bowl with sauces, oil and spice. Mix well to coat. Chill, covered, for 30 minutes.
2.Drain turkey, reserving the marinade. Thread turkey onto skewers with onion and capsicum.
3.Heat a large frying pan or char-grill on high. Cook kebabs for 6-7 minutes each side until cooked through.
4.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring reserved marinade to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
5.Serve kebabs with steamed rice and Asian greens. Drizzle with sauce.
