Method
1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to pack instructions. Drain well. Return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan on medium. Saute onion, garlic and chilli flakes for 5 minutes, until onion is tender.
3.Add zucchini, lemon and parsley and cook for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
4.Toss zucchini mixture through pasta until well combined.
5.Serve pasta topped with parmesan.
If liked, toss 70g baby rocket leaves through pasta in Step 4.
