Method
1.Heat half the oil in a large saucepan on medium. Add spices; fry 1 minute, until aromatic.
2.Reduce heat; stir through bolognaise sauce and kidney beans. Cook 5-10 minutes, until heated through. Stir through chocolate, if desired. Season to taste.
3.Meanwhile to make savoury rice, cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions; drain. Heat remaining olive oil in a large frying pan on medium; saute capsicum 3-5 minutes, until tender. Remove; stir through rice and chives. Season to taste.
4.Serve chilli con carne with savoury rice and corn chips.
