Method

Chia clafoutis with grapes

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease a 1.5 litre (6 cup) round shallow ovenproof dish. Place on a baking tray.
2.Combine sugar, flour and chia seeds in a bowl. Add egg, egg yolks, milk and vanilla; mix well until combined and smooth. Pour into prepared dish. top with grapes.
3.Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked.

To serve

4.Dust with icing sugar. Serve with icecream.
