1.In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, chia coconut and milk powder until mixture is well combined and smooth.
2.Roll tablespoons mixture into balls. Place coconut and extra almonds on two separate plates. Roll six balls in coconut to coat. Roll six balls in almonds to coat.
3.Place on a lined tray. Chill 2 hours.
