Cheesy mash
  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, finely grated
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot milk

Method

  • 1
    Coarsely chop 1kg potatoes, boil, steam or microwave until tender, drain. Mash potato with finely grated parmesan cheese, finely grated mozzarella cheese, mascarpone cheese and hot milk in a large bowl. Season to taste.
