Method
1.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook gnocchi and broccoli for 2 minutes or until all pieces float on the surface and are just tender. Drain well.
2.In a large, flameproof baking dish, melt butter on medium. Sauté onion, garlic and thyme for 4 minutes. Stir in cream. Preheat grill to high.
3.Toss gnocchi and broccoli through cream mixture. Season to taste. Arrange mozzarella and bacon on top of dish. Grill for 5 minutes until broccoli is cooked and bacon is crispy.
