Cheat’s white christmas
1.Arrange 24 mini patty cases on a tray.
2.In a bowl, combine three-quarters of the melted chocolate, biscuit and fruit and nut mix. Spoon among patty cases.
3.Using a fork, drizzle with remaining chocolate. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
Variations
4.Add 1/2 cup chopped glace cherries.
5.Add 1/2 cup chopped marshmallow or Turkish delight to the mix.
6.Use milk or dark chocolate to drizzle instead of white.
This can also be made in a 20cm square pan lined with baking paper, and cut into squares when chilled.
