Beautifully spiced char-grilled broccoli with lemon, chilli and garlic goes well with just about anything, making this recipe the perfect healthy side dish for every midweek family meal

Method

1.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
2.Add the broccoli to the pan and then the water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3.Remove the lid and add the lemon zest, chilli and garlic to the pan. Toss the broccoli and continue to cook for a few minutes until starting to colour on the edges. You may need to add a little more oil to the pan.
4.Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
