Method
1.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
2.Add the broccoli to the pan and then the water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3.Remove the lid and add the lemon zest, chilli and garlic to the pan. Toss the broccoli and continue to cook for a few minutes until starting to colour on the edges. You may need to add a little more oil to the pan.
4.Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
