1.In a large bowl, combine pork and char siu.
2.In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry pork in two batches for 3-4 minutes each until cooked through. Transfer pork to a plate. Reserve cooking juices.
3.In a large heatproof bowl, combine broccolini and noodles. Pour over enough boiling water to cover. Set aside for 5 minutes until noodles are tender. Drain well. Return to bowl.
4.Add pork, carrot, coriander leaves and peanuts to broccolini mixture. Drizzle over pan juices. Serve sprinkled with extra coriander leaves and chilli.
