Sumac yoghurt dressing

Method
1.To make the sumac yoghurt dressing, combine the yoghurt, sesame seeds, sumac, cumin and lemon juice and zest and mix well.
2.Place the cauliflower in a large bowl with the salad sprouts, add the dressing and toss everything together well. Season to taste.
3.Arrange the dressed cauliflower and sprouts in a serving bowl or on a platter and top with microgreens, flower petals and extra sesame seeds.
