  • 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 250 gram assorted baby tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 75 gram feta, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup small basil leaves

    Arrange tomatos on a large plate. Top with feta. Drizzle with oil and juice, then top with basil. Serve.
