Caprese salad
- 2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 250 gram assorted baby tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 75 gram feta, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup small basil leaves
Method
Caprese salad
- 1Arrange tomatos on a large plate. Top with feta. Drizzle with oil and juice, then top with basil. Serve.
