Method

1.Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the Cajun seasoning, garlic and BBQ sauce in a large snap-lock , then add the chicken nibbles.
2.Toss to coat the nibbles, then leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes or chill overnight.
3.Combine the panko crumbs, salt and thyme, then toss each nibble in the crumbs until well coated. Arrange on a lined baking tray and spray with oil.
4.Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Serve hot with aioli for a dipping sauce.
