Ingredients
Butterscotch bananas
- 45 gram butter
- 55 gram light brown sugar
- 4 small_piece bananas, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup thickened (heavy) cream
- 2 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
- 45 gram nougat, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, roasted
Method
Butterscotch bananas
- 1Melt butter with sugar in large frying pan. Add bananas; cook, over low heat, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelised.
- 2Beat cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form; fold in yogurt and nougat.
- 3Serve bananas topped with nougat cream and sprinkled with nuts.
