Method

1.Melt butter with sugar in large frying pan. Add bananas; cook, over low heat, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelised.
2.Beat cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form; fold in yogurt and nougat.
3.Serve bananas topped with nougat cream and sprinkled with nuts.
