  • ice
  • 30 millilitre gin
  • 15 millilitre east india sherry (medium sweet sherry)
  • 2 limes, squeezed
  • aloe vera juice
  • cucumber, to garnish

    Fill up a short glass with ice and add gin, sherry and lime juice.
  • 2
    Top up with aloe vera juice and garnish with a long strip of cucumber to serve.
