Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Add sausages; cook and turn for 3 minutes or until browned. Add onion and carrot; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until soft.
2.Stir in tomato, green beans, crumbled stock cube and 1 cup water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes, or until sausages are cooked. Add cannellini beans; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated.
3.Stir in parsley. Season to taste. Serve with bread.

Try using pork or chicken sausage. Swap cannellini beans for red kidney beans. Great with mashed potato.
