Ingredients

Bolognese pizza
  • 1 bought 30cm pizza base
  • 2 cup bolognese sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gravy powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup (70g) tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup sliced roasted capsicum
  • 1/2 cup (80g) olives
  • 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella

Method

    Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Place pizza base on a pizza or baking tray.

    In a bowl, combine bolognese sauce, gravy powder and oregano. Spread pizza base with tomato paste; top with sauce mix, spreading evenly.

    Top with capsicum, olives and mozzarella; bake 15 minutes, until base is crisp and cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
