Ingredients
Bircher muesli with berries
- 2 cup (180g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (250ml) apple juice
- 1 cup roughly grated apple
- 1/2 cup (140g) natural low-fat yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
Bircher muesli with berries
- 1Place oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak 1 hour, or overnight. Stir through grated apple yoghurt and lemon juice just before serving.
- 2Spoon into serving bowls and top with mixed berries and honey.
