1.In a bowl, combine oats, apple, juice, milk and yoghurt. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
2.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Spread the nuts onto an oven tray and bake for 4-5 minutes, until lightly toasted. Cool, then roughly chop.
3.Spoon the muesli into bowls. Top with combined berries, extra yoghurt and toasted nuts to serve.
Low-GI oats keep you satisfied longer and are full of soluble fibre that can lower cholesteral.
