Method
1.Place cups on a baking tray.
2.Using back of a fork, gently mash raspberries in a medium bowl. Add yoghurt and honey; stir until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared cups. Freeze 1 hour, or until partially set.
3.Arrange strawberry on top of frozen yoghurt mixture; carefully pour juice over strawberry.
4.Insert a wooden stick at centre of each cup. Freeze 3 hours, or until frozen.
5.To serve. briefly dip base of cups into warm water; turn out.
You can use ice-block moulds. Wooden ice-cream sticks are sold in craft stores.
