Berry yoghurt pops
- 6 180ml disposable cups
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon clear honey
- 125 gram strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup light cranberry juice
- 6 wooden ice-cream sticks
Method
Berry yoghurt pops
- 1Place cups on a baking tray.
- 2Using back of a fork, gently mash raspberries in a medium bowl. Add yoghurt and honey; stir until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared cups. Freeze 1 hour, or until partially set.
- 3Arrange strawberry on top of frozen yoghurt mixture; carefully pour juice over strawberry.
- 4Insert a wooden stick at centre of each cup. Freeze 3 hours, or until frozen.
- 5To serve. briefly dip base of cups into warm water; turn out.
Notes
You can use ice-block moulds. Wooden ice-cream sticks are sold in craft stores.
