Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a muffin pan. Sift self-raising flour into a large bowl.
2.Add beer, melted butter and eggs. Stir until just combined, in a small bowl, sausages with barbecue sauce. Fold sausage mixture and tasty cheese into batter.
3.Spoon mixture evenly between muffin pan recesses until two-thirds full. Sprinkle each with remaining cheese.
4.Bake muffins 20-25 minutes, until golden.Cool in pan 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
