Easy homemade BBQ sauce

  • 2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder, optional
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

    Place all the ingredients into a medium-size, heavy-based pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove to cool.

    Serve with cajun kumara wedges.
