Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
3.Sift flour and Instant Custard Mix together. Fold in alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Mix to soft dough
4.Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange on trays, 3cm apart, and press down lightly with a fork.
5.Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden on underside. Cool on tray for a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
