Banana nut-butter yoghurt breakfast pots

You get both prebiotics (in the banana) as well as probiotics (in the yoghurt) with these simple yet delicious banana nut-butter yoghurt breakfast pots.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 2 heaped tablespoons almond or peanut butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup granola (optional)*

Method

  • 1
    Place everything in a blender and blitz until slushy. Pour into a glass and serve straight away. How refreshing!

*Check label if eating gluten free
