Combine cream, syrup and sugar in a small microwave-safe jug. Microwave on High (100%), in 30-second bursts, until heated and combined. Carefully pour cream over apples; pinch foil to enclose apples and form a parcel. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender. Transfer apples to serving bowls. Drizzle with cooking liquid. Serve with ice-cream.
