Baked brie

Covered in wine, herbs and grated lemon zest, this baked brie fairly oozes out of it's rind by the time it's ready to eat. Serve with thin slices of crusty bread or good cracker for dipping and spreading.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease 1 cup ovenproof dish (10cm diameter, 4cm deep.)
2.Place cheese in dish; make six small slits into cheese. Cut 1 sprig thyme into six pieces; push thyme into slits. Remove leaves from remaining thyme sprig; chop finely.
3.Pour wine over cheese; cover dish, place on oven tray.
4.Bake cheese about 20 minutes. Stand, covered, 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with rind and finely chopped thyme sprig.
