Method
1.Preheat oven to moderately slow, 180°C.
2.Using a serrated or electric knife, cut bagels into very thin slices. Place slices in single layer on oven trays; brush lightly on one side of each slice with combined oil, garlic and oregano.
3.Bake, uncovered, in moderately slow oven about 15 minutes or until browned lightly; cool chips on trays.
Bagel chips can be made one month ahead and stored in an airtight container.
