Ingredients

  • 24 bought un-iced choc chip cookies
  • 180 gram spreadable cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup caramel topping
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Method

    Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan forced. Place 1 cookie, flat-side up, over each hole of a 12-hole (2-tablespoon) round-based patty pan.

    Bake for 2 minutes or until soft. Working quickly, use a small ladle to carefully press softened cookies into pan; mould into a cup shape. Cool. Transfer cookie cases to a serving plate.

    Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and caramel topping in a bowl until smooth.

    Stir in sour cream. Spoon mixture into cookie cases; top with banana. Serve dusted with nutmeg.
