Ingredients

Asian-style coleslaw
  • 2 cup (160g) finely shredded wombok (napa cabbage)
  • 1 carrot (120g), grated coarsely
  • 3 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
  • 100 gram crispy fried noodles
Plum and soy dressing
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon plum sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon caster (superfine) sugar
