Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Lightly dust a pizza tray with flour. Place base on tray and spread evenly with pizza sauce.
3.Arrange cheese, artichokes, salami, tomato and olives evenly over sauce. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until base is crisp and top is golden. Top with a handful of rocket leaves and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to serve.
