Artichoke and salami pizza

The unbeatable combination of antipasto veggies and salami atop a crispy, golden dough makes this pizza a dinner favourite!

Artichoke and salami pizza
  • plain flour, to dust
  • 30 cm round prepared pizza base
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 125 gram sliced mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup artichokes in brine, drained, halved
  • 50 gram salami slices
  • 1 roma tomato, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/4 cup pitted olives
  • rocket leaves, to serve
  • extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

    Preheat oven to hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced).

    Lightly dust a pizza tray with flour. Place base on tray and spread evenly with pizza sauce.

    Arrange cheese, artichokes, salami, tomato and olives evenly over sauce. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until base is crisp and top is golden. Top with a handful of rocket leaves and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to serve.
