Ingredients

Method

1.Place apricots, walnuts, tahini, honey and sesame seeds in a food processor. Process until a ball forms in bowl. Using slightly damp hands, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball; repeat to make 36 balls.
2.Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place extra sesame seeds on 3 large plate; roll balls in seeds to coat. Transfer to prepared tray. Cover with plastic food wrap. Chill for 20 minutes or until firm. Serve.

You can make balls up to up to 1 week ahead; cover and chill.
