Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease a large baking tray.
2.Combine soup mix, cream and apricots in a large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat in mixture. Transfer to prepared tray. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Serve sprinkled with onion.
Chicken drumettes or nibbles are chicken wings with tips removed, then halved through the joint into smaller pieces.
