Ingredients

Method

1.Place the dried apricot into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2.Add the boiling water, oat bran, coconut and skim milk powder. Process until it forms a firm paste.
3.Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture, roll into a ball, then roll in the extra coconut. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
