Apple pie overnight oats
  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural almonds, roughly chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 1/4 cup honey, plus extra to serve
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
  • finely sliced apple, to serve


Apple pie oats

    In a bowl, combine milk, oats, almonds, honey and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.

    Add apple and cinnamon. Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through.

    Serve warm oats topped with finely sliced apple, extra chopped almonds, a drizzle of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
