Method

1.Combine quinoa and the water in small bowl, cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until quinoa is soft.
2.Coarsely grate apple. Stir apple, yoghurt, nectar and extract into quinoa mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
