Aperol spritzer
- 2 tablespoon aperol
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sparkling white wine
- 1/2 cup (125ml) soda water
- ice and orange slices, to serve
Method
Aperol spritzer
- 1Combine Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water in a glass. Top with ice and an orange slice.
Notes
Great served with fresh prawns. Not suitable to freeze.
