Method

1.Place egg yolks, garlic, mustard and half of vinegar in a food processor; blend for a few seconds.
2.With motor running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream, ensuring each addition is absorbed before adding more. Blend in remaining vinegar. Season, spoon into a serving bowl.
